This beautiful yoga studio offers a quiet place for yoga with several massage rooms. Christie, the owner, has a contagious smile! After each yoga session, I have a sense of peace and calming and find myself smiling and humming a song. Feel free to arrive up to a half hour early to change clothes, layout yours or a borrowed mat, and visit before class begins. Props provided are: yoga blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets. Take some time to breathe and slow down often. Christie, the owner of Symmetry, brings relevant workshops, yoga classes Monday through Saturday, and massage in a beautiful atmosphere. Her cheery smile lights up the room. The caring yoga instructors (including Christie) are wonderfully helpful and kind. Be sure to let them know of any discomfort that arises.

A great place to relax, either with massage therapy or with yoga! Love the workshops they offer, like Belly Dancing, creating Vision Boards, or learning how EFT (Tapping Therapy) can work for anxiety and a host of other issues. The staff is wonderful, knowledgeable, and passionate! If you're looking to move easier or just to fill your cup, this is the place! Highly recommended. ?
