Wonderful customer service!!! Was out within a couple hours of us calling. He gave us many options and walked us through the installation process, gave us a lot of confidence in his work and the system being installed. He installed a split system in the master bedroom and we couldn't be happier with the installation and performance of the system. Highly recommend calling Southern Comfort for you A/C needs.
Great friendly service, our ac stopped working on a Saturday afternoon in June. We called around, but no one would call us back. I called here, and the owner answered the phone said he would be right out. He showed up about 30 min later, about 6 pm on a Saturday. Within 30 min he had us back up and running. The price was very reasonable, and he even called us the next day to follow up and make sure everything was all still working. Can’t say enough good things.
I called this company and they were at my house within 2 hrs to fix my problem. Jim is the owner, very nice and knowledgeable guy. I'm glad I called him, and will definitely be calling him again if needed, I would recommend using him if you have ac issues. Thanks again.
