What a pleasant surprise! In the days of not being able to reach a human on the phone at a place of business or having someone call you back, Ponderosa Builders DID! I had a kitchen cabinet project. We have just completed our fourth project with Ponderosa, a complete tear-down and rebuild of a small galley-type kitchen. The personnel are first class all the way. Troy and Chip provided excellent design advice, and the cabinetry was simply beautiful. Their installer, Steve, was meticulous and paid attention to every detail. Lynn was the consummate professional yet friendly communicator who kept us informed at every step. Based on all four of our projects, Ponderosa Builders has delivered outstanding service from beginning to end.

The crews and Project Mgmt did a very good job on the 4-day rebuild of my damaged AC room. They showed-up on time, had the proper materials, and skilled craftsmen. They all worked safely and professionally. Project Mgmt set my expectations, properly oriented the craftsmen, pointed-out proper safety measures, and kept me informed of project progress. The trades and management were all pleasant and respectful.Ponderosa Builders delivered a quality, safe job for a fair price.
