“My dog had a spinal cord injury and they had a tech waiting for us on arrival and got us in to see the vet immediately. X-rays, bloodwork, and exam all done within the hour. My dog got pain meds and stayed the day for observation. The vet techs literally spent their lunch break giving her love and holding her paw. Thank you to the entire team of people (vet, vet techs, receptionist, etc) that kept me informed and treated my dog like their own. Their love for my dog is what made this terrible experience somewhat manageable. Thank you guys for everything!“

For me I expected that he needed more care than I could provide myself and boy was I right, they SHOWED me and let me know the best course of action. Keeping the owner included in changes is a great feeling. My doggo needed a lot and they provided. Not only does he look better but I can tell he feels better and is able to move better.
