We had an air conditioner emergency during the hottest time of year, hottest summer on record and David literally helped us keep us cool.We had been nursing an old failing unit for over a year so of course, its life ends when the summertime temps are too hot to handle.David and his team treated our emergency as if it were their own emergency. They urgently replaced our indoor unit at a very reasonable price. We didn’t have to wait weeks to be put on a schedule. They empathized with us, treating us like family. My AC stopped working well when my son had a fever, was getting in the 80s during the day. He came literally 30 minutes after receiving the request, on memorial day weekend where I thought I wouldn't get any help until Tuesday. He showed up and got right too it at 830, A+ work. Thank you so much!
