The staff is friendly and uses technology to keep customers abreast of order status. They always get my order completed earlier than promised.
They are professional whenever they clean my clothing even removes spots/stains.
Fort Walton Beach location is always top notch. For past 15 years we drive from Niceville because service is high quality, friendly and good value.For those who say they aren’t friendly. Remember some cultures are less gregarious. Suggest you break the by learning the names of the staff - take the first step.
