I didn't know what it takes to sell a home and was not prepared for it. However, the task was made much easier by selecting Heather Blatz (Relax Realty) as our realtor. Heather was awesome and kept us informed of what to expect and when to expect it throughout the process. While selling our home was not stress free, Heather made it much more manageable. She found a number of prospective buyers quickly and had a contract following our only Open House. She did a great job negotiating on our behalf and represented us flawlessly. As we moved closer to closing, she and her staff ensured we met all dates and necessary expectations so the closing would go smoothly - and it did. If I need a realtor in the Emerald Coast area again, she will be my first choice. She is an amazing lady and a pleasure to work with.
