Emerald Coast Funeral Home did a wonderful job with my mom’s service. The facility was beautiful and the staff members were kind. They were professional and compassionate all along the way. They attended to every detail and their follow up was impeccable. They greatly exceeded my expectations.
At the worst moments in your life, having someone who is kind, compassionate and patient is such a blessing. We found that in Phillip Pridgen and the entire staff at Emerald Coast Funeral Home. They were in constant communication with us and willing to help wherever needed. We cannot thank them enough for everything they did for our family. We would never consider using anyone else in the future.
From the moment we stepped into the Emerald Coast Funeral Home, we were treated with the utmost respect, kindness and caring. Phillip was such a wonderful guide through the process of cremation of our brother. Phillip was always on call for us if we had any questions or concerns.
