We recently moved into a rental managed by Coastal Realty Services and they have been incredibly helpful! They offered us a free moving truck to borrow to move in which was perfect. They have also been accommodating in fixing some issues that arose with the home in a timely manner. Very helpful staff. They go above and beyond to assist you with any needs. I was a tenant for over 2 years. I received outstanding support. They responded to my needs immediately. They were also extremely courteous to me as a customer. If I come back in the Fort Walton Beach area, coastal realty will be the first real estate company I would contact.

Things get fixed right away, there's always someone available if you have a question, and you have the ability to build trust with them and it's worth something. You're not just a number on a spreadsheet.It's always better to own if you can, but Coastal is the best choice if you have to rent.And Janet Bishop is super awesome, she cares about people and she is really good at her job!
