I was extremely impressed with arrow! My husband and I took over a home that was infested beyond belief with roaches, I honestly had very little hope it would ever be completely rid of bugs. It was absolutely terrible. Arrow came out and had it cleared up quickly and continued to come out every couple weeks until the problem was taken care of. Once we moved our bug man, Tommy continues to do our service. He’s awesome ?

I am so happy I was referred to Arrow. Our tech, Dan, was unbelievably nice, easy to talk to and educated us as well. My Palmetto bug problem was noticeably decreased within 24 hours! They are nothing like Terminex which is a corporate sales minded company. Thank you Arrow! I look forward to years of continued service.

I love the customer service. Any time I have a pest problem, I call and Arrow is always there willing to help fix my issue any way they can. I don’t have to wonder what they are doing, they always tell me ahead of time. I trust that my pest control person is going to call me before they head my way and let me know what type of service they are performing. Arrow has been my pest control company for a very long time and I plan to keep them as long as I am alive.
