I have called upon Andrews for many years and have been impressed with the professionalism of all of their technicians and the owner as well. We finally got to the end of life on one of our units and had to purchase a new one recently from them. They did an excellent job, installing it in less than a day and their price was extremely competitive. I would highly recommend them.

I called a large prominent HVAC/plumbing/electric company to install a wifi thermostat I had bought. After 30 min, the tech said it couldn't be done without rewiring the house (!) because the 50 year old wiring to the old analog therm didn't have enough power. Then I called a large company that only does HVAC systems. Their techs said they could run new wiring through the attic but had to cut a hole in the sheetrock to access the existing wiring. Estimate was $650! Then Igor, the owner of Andrews, came out & immediately suggested to simply install the new therm close to the AC unit with 1 small drill hole, but he wanted to try putting it in the original... read full review

I called about an air conditioning issue at my 97 yr old mother's house. Harrison showed up, and solved the problem quickly, efficiently and got my mother's unit operating. He explained to me all that was at issue with her unit. No sales pitch to upgrade, no extra bs, fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. Nothing but good things to say about Andrews.
