I've always had a great experience with this company! Dustin is usually the one that helps me and he's awesome. He's super knowledgeable and will remember you. This company is super professional, easy to work with, and has always solved my maintenance problems.
Technician arrived quickly and repaired a small leak in my copper water line. He was very polite and completed the job in no time. I was a little disappointed in the cost. I feel that $850 was a little pricey for one small 1/8” hole in a straight copper pipe. I am pleased with the repair and my water is back on.
Chris, the service man, provided outstanding service in repairing my air conditioning system. He was extremely professional and courteous. He made sure that I understood the issue and what he doing to make repairs. He checked my unit to ensure that everything was working properly and that my Freon was at the correct level. He was probably the nicest repair technician I have ever had in my home. Because of his service and professionalism I chose to purchase an annual service warranty. Thank you Chris.
