The first thing I must say is ACE Pierce A/C Inc, operated by Andy and his son Andy Jr., provided me with service that was well above average. I had calls answered or returned immediately, and was treated with patience as they helped me to troubleshoot my issues over the phone. I was not pressured to do anything I did not want to do, and was always given more than one option to repair my unit. When it came to the service itself, they worked hard to make sure the repairs were done within my budget, and were incredibly fair in their pricing.
