10 stars! Seriously, best experience with a true professional! Had an after hours emergency and John called me back and after I explained the problem said I needed to contact FPL immediately. Sure enough, once FPL came out they determined squirrels chewed through the connections at the transformer. Once replaced service was restored.Thank you for true professionalism!
