We purchased a vehicle from treasure Coast Lexus. We realized after the purchase that the amount they gave us for the trade ins was not what they promised. After a month of trying to rectify the situation, but to no avail would they honor what they said. Never have I dealt with such lying and scamming people. We are extremely dissatisfied and appalled If they were the only dealership left on the planet I would walk before buying a car from them.

I have been calling and leaving Messages to two finance managers they have not yet returned my phone calls I want to pay the car off when I go in for maintenance the customer service in this place is horrible the girl on the phone I heard her say as she was transferring me "I'm getting tired of this "and the other girl said I know pretty bad when your workers are complaining behind the scenesCan't wait to do what I have to do and never return to this dealership...somebody needs to wake up the owner of this place ...Palm Beach dealership is where I need to go!
