Had a great experience with The Roof Authority. Interviewed four roofers before selecting TRA to replace the roof on our home. Everyone I dealt with in the organization was extremely professional. The owner, Christopher is hands on and explained in detail options for materials, colors, along with wood repairs and gutters, if necessary. Pricing was very competitive. In some instances the specifications I selected exceeded some of specs on other quotes for approximately the same cost. The installation was very smooth. The Roof Authority offers the quality and service of a large regional roofing company but is family managed. My initial contact was a basic email Request for Proposal. After meeting Chris and his highly qualified team, there was an instant rapport. The team was straightforward and professional. It was clear that it was more important to build a professional relationship than upsell and oversell their services. I have utilized The Roof Authority for everything from large projects, to repairs and even replacing the roof on my own home. This company is a class act!!

Chris Long and his team proved to be responsive and professional all throughout this process. Communication was excellent as you would expect from a professional outfit. They were price competitive. The on-site crew were courteous and sensitive to the access restrictions and neighbouring traffic.
