I booked an appointment a week and a half before my event…the day of the apt not only did I go to the wrong location being ten minutes early via google maps! the hairdresser had no clue I scheduled a week and a half ago w/ her plus had to be given the address of current location. (mind you I was referred to this person). Moving on, yes, I was shampooed and conditioned before service consequently during the uncomfortable service I had to hold my head the entire wash service then I was told I was free to go but my hair wasn’t fully dried from the style I received ( the energy I was given was “I’m ready to go”) because true enough my appointment wasn’t scheduled...read full review

I have been going to Serenity Hair Salon for a couple years and I love it! The owner is friendly, professional and very talented. The salon is well kept and the stylist can do anything you ask! My hair is healthy and always in it's best state when I go to Serenity Hair Salon. I recommend it to all my friends and family.
