When you called the company, you stated that your water heater was leaking at your residence. The service call was scheduled for 6/16/21. Upon arrival the plumber did notice a puddle of water next to your water heater. However, he was not necessarily convinced that the puddle of water was from your water heater. Upon further investigation, the plumber determine that the leak was not from your water heater, but instead from your A/C unit.
