We are new to well water and our water stopped working on a Friday night. 🙄 We didn’t know what to do and I contacted Billy on Saturday morning not expecting a response and not only did he reply, he came over within the hour with Nate and spent the next few hours of his day off troubleshooting and fixing my system step by step!! He found an air leak that had been missed by two other pros in the last week! I was so happy and grateful that he was willing to help me. I called Billy to fix a leak in my water tank and he came over that morning, a pleasant honest man. The next day, Harrison and Andre came to fix it. They were just as pleasant and honest as Billy. They did a fabulous job and left the place cleaner than before they came! Excellent, a Godsent👍
If I could give Billy and his employees 10 stars, I most definitely would! We had a real bad water leak and he was spot on 🎯 with what typically happens in older homes, from our first conversation over the phone. When he and his crew of 3 arrived right on time, I couldn’t believe how they wasted no time and bam! solved the problem first time and wasted no time at all fixing it. Trust is a huge thing for me as well. I have been taken advantage of so many times but beyond a shadow of doubt, I know that I could trust Mr.Downey And would leave any of his fine young gentlemen of employees in my home all day alone without worrying at all anytime.
