I am not at all a tech savvy person so helping me is a challenge. And the problem i brought to Ryan was way beyond my capability to resolve. It struck me early in the conversation that Ryan "got me" and understood what I felt was the problem. Turned out this issue did not have an easy 1 - 2 - 3 solution. It was complicated, really complicated, dealing with the tech people of one of the big commuicaton companies (we all know what that's like to tackle with, major headache). But Ryan hung in there every step of the way and had conversations with the agents I would have had no idea how to do. (Knows the lingo so he could move things along). A very nice young intelligent man. He was very detail of explaining to me about my son's phone and what was best for it. And he even stayed open late to fix his phone on his birthday. I really do appreciate it. And I would definitely be back best one yet

Wireless paradise is a good place to repair your iPhone, I recommend it and, really trust the guy "Ryan" who works there on your phone, he is a professional in repairing or replacing parts on iPhone, he knows what that he does.
