Waste Pro USA - Ft. Myers

We live on Pine Island. We just moved back into our home after Ian a little over one week ago. I was concerned, with fema trucks no longer here, about the trash we've been discarding as we "move out" while still moving back in. The crews that service our area are AMAZING!!! They go above & beyond & we are truly grateful!!!! I want to thank them for their hard work here in Bokeelia!

I had a huge pile of rubbish that was not in compliance for pickup. Waste Pro went the extra mile for me and send out a truck with a clamshell bucket and picked it all up as a special favor, so k u d o s to them and their team.

Lisa in the Fort Myers office was so helpful. She assited me with a bulk pickup order I placed with Waste Pro. I followed her instructions and advice with regard to safe placement of an old washing machine. Lisa further advised that my washing machine may be picked up by scrap collectors ahead of Waste Pro pick up date range. Four hours later that is exactly what transpired! This morning I called to cancel the bulk pickup order and again, I spoke with Lisa. She was friendly, professional and so very helpful.Thank You Lisa, and Thank you Waste Pro
