We had Torocco's install two air handlers and two condensers when we first purchased our home in 2017. During the install they scarred up our wall and trim and then denied they did any damage. We unfortunately were not home when they did the install. Since the unit has been installed they have come out EVERY YEAR to recharge one of the units due to a leak. They put dye in the unit one time to find the leak but never came back to check where the leak was! Now that the warranty is expired we will have to pay for the repairs now. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! When you call them they can never give you a good time that the technician will arrive. They fly by the seat of... read full review

To bad Ihave to give one star it should be zero star!! Was told I had 10 year warranty when I purchased ac system in 2017. 7 years later evaporated coil has a leak. Was supposed to be ordered back in December of 2022 was told it was on \\\"back order\\\" I called for updates no one knew anything. After a while they stop answering my phone calls and NEVER called me back Unprofessional stay away!!
