Cleanliness: Very clean and sterile.
My ear lobe piercings had stretched down over the many years so I had a plastic surgeon surgically close the entire piercings, then after totally healed I contacted John. We set a date and he re- pierced my ears! The piercing room was very sanitary and John was very detailed explaining the process and asking if I had any questions. He's the best!
