I feel so lucky to have been referred to Takram Roofing. Tekram was the first company I called that actually treated me like a customer. Other companies I called gave me the impression that my job was too small and they were too busy for me. My intuition on those other companies was right as they never even called me back to arrange an estimate.Meanwhile I called TekRam and a very friendly gentleman answered and said someone would come out very next day at 9:30am and they did exactly that. I feel so lucky to have been referred to Takram Roofing. Tekram was the first company I called that actually treated me like a customer. Other companies I called gave me the impression that my job was too small and they were too busy for me. My intuition on those other companies was right as they never even called me back to arrange an estimate. Meanwhile I called TekRam and a very friendly gentleman answered and said someone would come out very next day at 9:30am and they did exactly that. The guy that showed up to provide the estimate was right on time, and very thorough and knowledgeable. A few hours later I had a very fair estimate which I signed right away (based on a good gut feeling about the company) and they immediately got to work on the permit and started removing the old roof just a few days later. The same guy that provided me the estimate was the same guy that managed the excellent crew and made sure everything was perfect. They had the roof off in one day, inspected the very next day, and the had the whole thing finished in just two days and it looks great! My neighbors have constantly been asking "who did your roof so quick!" - I confidently give them TakRam's number knowing they will be taken care off and won't make my referral look bad. I already see them doing work on some neighboring homes... they were just waiting to find a good company to provide them good service!

We were treated well from the beginning to the end of the project. We had two inspectors, both satisfied the first time inspecting. Both said that good materials were used.We recommend this company highly. Very impressed with the workers.And most importantly we are not afraid of the rain anymore.Services: Skylight installation
