I had a great experience at Target Optical. The doctor was pleasant and professional. The assistance I received with choosing my frames was exceptional. Jessica is a wonderful optician. She was very friendly and helped to guide me to the best style for my face. I can't wait to get my new glasses.
I was in the market for some new glasses with a new style! Jessica helped me pick out the perfect pair, out of my comfort range, and I have gotten so many compliments! Thank you to all the staff!
I recently took a wonderful vacation to Ft Myers, during my stay I found myself in need of a quick glasses fix; the screw securing the lens to my frame was loosening & on the verge of coming completely undone. Thankfully Jessica was able to save the day (& most likely my trip)! She graciously offered her services and wasted no time in not only tightening my lens screw, but other screws that may have needed some adjustment! Didn’t charge me a dime and tried to refuse a tip.. My only complaint is that she didn’t come back to Chicago with us! Great personality! Great service!! 5 Stars!!!
