Dr Mercado and Dr. Baez's well understand that our pets are family members, not just animals, and as such, their attention to every detail and aspect to their health, well being, and comfort is impeccable. Their staff is superb. Misty and Mocha actually LOVE going to the veterinary, they know they are loved and will be well cared for. Recently Misty broke a tooth that needed removal, and Dr. Baez did a wonderful job with that, and Misty suffered no discomfort post surgery. Dr Mercado and Dr. Baez strive to provide the best care possible, and also educate the owners and answer any questions or concerns fully. They are simply the best. My recent visit with Dr. Mercado was wondeful, as usual! She is so kind and caring with all my cats, but she was especially kind and gentle to my cat, Twinkie, this time around. Very thorough vet and wonderful person!
This was Baer's first time away from me and I was so happy that he had a wonderful time! I was very comfortable having him stay and will feel comfortable having him stay again! The staff are very friendly and kind!
