They were not able to solve a problem for my niece. Any competent electrician could have solved this for us. The other company we called charged us less and had no problems fixing the issue. I was told worker was a gentleman, but did not know what he was doing. I would not have a problem with this if they did not charge like they had in fact sent a qualified electrician. They hire cheap labor, and charge industry rates.
