Went there for a 1:00 Tuesday pouring rain . I get there lights were on fans going door locked . Waited outside for a half hour no one came or answered phone . No one called to cancel after I drove all the way there for nothing. Bad business. To many other shops

honestly, I can’t say I’m surprised. I came in yesterday because the sign says “walk-ins” welcome. there are two hairdressers in there and two clients in there and one was almost done and they told me they were overwhelmed and did not have time to trim my hair and that if I left my information that I would get a call and they would book me for another time. OK.great! fine, no problem! But yet I never got a call and every time I call it’s going straight to voicemail it’s obvious at the salon is Tailored to a very “specific” type of person. No diversity.
