Disappointed in the lack of care and concern for the patient. Every inquiry about my health ends with a referral because my physician doesn’t evaluate that condition, nor is she able to express compassion or act like she wants to help. My insurance limits where I can go in Southwest Florida and I am kind of stuck with this practice.

I have been using PPC since 2005 and since 2005 I have switched using doctors along the way. Dr Thomas, Dr adbou, Dr Clark, Dr Villaflor once and Dr palamino once. Over the course of the years, PPC has changed in my opinion. I do understand that covid plays a huge role in wait times but some excessive wait times are due to the doctors. When I call I usually wait on the phone about 15 minutes to talk to somebody unless I call right when they open. That's fine, I don't mind waiting but when I speak to the receptionist some do listen and take a small message and some are very short and quick to get off the phone and I don't feel they fully listen to me to get the message...read full review
