When no one else could figure out how to fix our AC unit heating, Wayne Pepper did! They came right away, took their time, and finally fixed the problem that so many other big name companies couldn’t even do- Not to mention their price is UNBEATABLE! We have struggled so much since purchasing this brand new unit in 2020, issue after issue… we have worked with several different AC companies, but they were all a huge disappointment, they didn’t care and would charge ridiculous prices and recommend ridiculous solutions. At least now we know who to call whenever something happens. They came right away and got to work, it’s been really cold out lately so it was terrible not having the heat running, now we can sleep comfortably and not freeze! Amazing company, amazing employees, and Wayne the owner is the best, everyone was so friendly. Highly, highly recommend- our new go to for everything HVAC!
