Pepper's – Air Conditioning & Heating Contractor is an amazing company with amazing and friendly employees. The owner is the best and nothing but helpful and kind. When no one else could figure out how to fix an AC unit heating, they did. They come right away, take their time, and finally fix problems that other big name companies cannot. Their price is unbeatable, unlike others who charge ridiculous prices. They are a highly, highly recommended new go-to for everything HVAC. Customers can sleep comfortably knowing they will get helpful service and call them again whenever something happens.
I wanna say they are amazing the owner Dustin helped he tried to diagnose it over the phone as best as he could but unfortunately it was a bad thermostat, but he came the next day fixed and he was nothing but helpful and kind I appreciate him helping me and I definitely would be calling them if any issues come up again , they are nothing but helpful .

They came right away, took their time, and finally fixed the problem that so many other big name companies couldn’t even do- Not to mention their price is UNBEATABLE! We have struggled so much since purchasing this brand new unit in 2020, issue after issue… we have worked with several different AC companies, but they were all a huge disappointment, they didn’t care and would charge ridiculous prices and recommend ridiculous solutions. At least now we know who to call whenever something happens. They came right away and got to work, it’s been really cold out lately so it was terrible not having the heat running, now we can sleep comfortably and not freeze! Amazing company, amazing employees, and Wayne the owner is the best, everyone was so friendly. Highly, highly recommend- our new go to for everything HVAC!
