So my unit broke down on Friday Glenn and his team came out and did all they could to repair but it was not worth it. My unit wws 10 years old with multiple defects. Penguin air was able to install a new unit 1st thing Monday morning. My family and I couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism and efficiency. Thanks Penguin air.
Penguin AC is ALWAYS on time, and very professional in their AC Services. They keep you in contact with TECH name, and scheduled arrival dates and times. Pleasant and friendly TECHS who actually love their job ! What a concept !Dustin Cooper is awesome !
Great service! Glenn was excellent. He diagnosed the problem correctly and made the necessary repairs. They open early and stay open late to better serve their customers. A great experience!
