“I have a bad eye due to a detached retina, I went to the best Eye Institute in Florida, so I thought, but when I visited Tyson Eye in Cape Coral I was so surprised with my new Dr who specializes in Retina cases. I only have one good eye, and Dr Pravak saw some tears in my good eye, immediately he said you need LASIK surgery and he did perform the LASIK surgery, and I had the follow up visit and my eye is ok. “Yesterday was my first time there since the Quigley Group has taken over, and I am very skeptical about it, but will keep an open mind for now. I understand Dr. Auchiche's decision to move to John Hopkins, but (1) will miss him and the way West Coast was run and (2) not happy with the way the change happened. We were not given any warning.I am very happy with Dr. Judd and happy to see he is still there, but with the many issues I've had over the years with my eyes, I always liked and felt comfortable knowing Dr. Auchiche was near by if needed. I personally have issues with the fact that any good Dr. (of any type of practice) has to go on television to blow their own horn, (ie., Quigley and/or Frantz) and you never see him, you only see a Corporation Dr.!This was the reason when I first moved to Florida and was recommended to the Dr. Frantz group that I left them, after a few visits there and never once seeing him I changed to Dr. Auchiche. My first visit was with him, we went over all my past issues and he actually acted as if he cared about me and his patients. So like I said, yesterday went well, and I will keep an open mind for now.“

“We'll start with a good stuff, the eye exam I received was top-notch and the staff was nice even though the doctor was kind of snotty but I kind of anticipated that. Now let's jump to the really bad stuff. I trusted Collins with my eyes and my Vision Care and unfortunately that was a false Trust. I gave them my frames to put the new lens in and they snapped the arm and half and then super glued it back. not only did they do that they also scratched the frames all the pieces and my glasses now look terrible. I am now out of pocket a brand new frame!! I am beyond upset. not one single manager made their way to the front to try to calm me down or even resolve the situation. I cannot stress enough to not do business with the company that you can't trust with your own personal property and they have zero regards for it and zero wanting to fix it.“

She was extremely thorough and explained each procedure and step using the latest technology. Because my eyes were adjusting, I had to return to her for a different prescription. I was able to get an appointment and a revised prescription at no charge. Her professionalism, service and integrity have me as a loyal patient. I highly recommend her.“

“I made an appointment with Dr. Alessi staff a few weeks ago for February 3rd for an eye exam. I am an engineer and always read reviews and observe procedures. I arrived at Collin Vision 25 minutes early to complete forms, as it was my first visit. From reception, I made 3 stops into various rooms for what I refer to as pre-exam and not a minute wasted.The team that set the sequence/procedure for each patient did a phenomenal job, as there truly was not a minute wasted as you would experience in other offices. Just like clockwork to the final stage where Dr. Alessi did the final exam, I sincerely felt like I had a through inspection/exam when I departed the office. I was in for glaucoma test and feel like I have my eyes with the best and highly recommend Dr. Alessi and her staff. Why go to the 2nd best?“
