Kolten Hansen-Kalinowski at Noc Out Networks saved my life! All of my Word Perfect documents had been lost. I could retrieve only a few on my own. I was in sheer panic. A friend recommended Noc Out. What a surprising experience. Kolten was patient, calming and very professional as he walked me through the retrieval remotely. I never felt lost or moronic. He spoke English - not tech speak. After a long bit of work, Kolten found most of my documents. He installed a new back up system and followed up with an email the next day. I couldn't believe it! A computer service company that actually provides great customer service and at a remarkably fair price. I can't recommend Noc Out Networks highly enough. Ask for Kolten. A life saver!
