I have been working with Moguel since the start of the Hurricane rebuild. Even with being slammed with tons of work has managed to keep things moving steady. Not easy to do in this fast paced frenzy happening right now.
I am the current President of the Clipper Cove Condominium Association.Our village is located in The Landings in Fort Myers. Our village consists of 2 two-story buildings (units each) and one 4-story building (24 units) with a parking garage underneath. The buildings, the trim, the soffits, the railings, and spindles were all painted by Moguel. We have a pool shelter building , 2 outdoor storage areas, 14 patios, a 2500 sq. ft. atrium, and steps, landings, and retaining walls which were also painted.
