My nightmare of a Lennox system died (for the second time in a year). I called McCarthy on a Saturday afternoon after I was referred by a friend. Johnny came a few hours later and was WONDERFUL and refreshingly honest.
I will update after installation of my new system but I was so blessed that Johnny was so helpful and even worked to get installation scheduled for first thing Monday.
Very happy with the advice offered by Johnny who was punctual, polite and honest.
Would recommend McCarthy air to anyone in our area.

The crew was polite and seemed to know what they were doing.Everything seems fine .Explained the booklets and set up a new thermostat.
