Alex and Andrew were here in there estimated time frame, put booties on when they came in, masked off all the ground level appliances and put up a temporary door on the exterior to help keep the A/C in and pests out. I greatly appreciated all the extra steps they took. They spent time addressing any concerns I might have and were honest in their assessment of the job(the floors are more than 20 yrs old). I am happy to say my floor(especially the grout) looks so much better after the cleaning. After trying every DITY solution available on Amazon, we hired Mac Daddy to deep clean a plush white carpet that had developed some “pet stains” over the years. Alex and Andrew handled in stride what we thought was a fool’s errand, restoring a 12 year—old stain ridden carpet to “like new” condition. What’s more, Alex stayed in touch with us for about a week AFTER the cleaning to ensure the stains did not resurface. Fortunately, they did not, but Alex and Andrew had additional equipment/cleaning agents at the ready in the event of stain reemergence.
