I was extremely impressed by the professional services provided by Island Aire and the company's excellent technicians. I called Island Aire when the air conditioning failed in my newly purchased home. Island Aire responded quickly, even though it required a visit after hours. After carefully checking my system, their technician carefully explained the reasons for the system failure and showed the me defects that caused the problems. He then advised me of my options to repair or replace the system, and the benefits of the available features of the various new systems.

This company answered my call and arranged for same day service for an electrical repair. The technician arrived promptly and as promised, was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and prepared, and fixed my electrical problem quickly and for the upfront price. I plan to call them next time I have an electrical issue.
Highly recommend this company! Although the technician was not able to come same day, he offered to assist with the issue DIY over the phone.
