I would not recommend this hospital. The nurses are rude and the doctor that operated on my heart Dr Ruiz-Gamboa never visited with me after my heart surgery. After surgery and three days in Intensive Care one would expect the doctor to come talk with me. But he didn't, then his office cancelled my post CT scan with no explanation. I tried to call his office and speak with him, but was denied. I tried to email him on My Charts, and that was ignored. Would not recommend the hospital or this doctor.

So I am sitting in a medical office waiting for my husband who is having a routine screening. The office staff was very nice. My husband chose to fast on Thanksgiving so he could do this test today and that staff was so empathetic, especially when they found out I fasted too . Really it was to make sure my husband was compliant. Anyway, the anesthesiologist was very thorough in making sure we knew what would happen during procedure as well as vetting my husband's medical history. They also have a screen in the waiting room and they give you the patient number so you know where they are in the process, like preop, in facility and so forth.
