Hawley Properties managed the apartment building I recently sold for 15 years and I would give them my highest recommendation. Fair with tenants, but looking out of course for owners’ interests. They are very responsive and responsible. Have a long history in Fort Myers and many relationships with service providers. I would use them every time!

Paul and Kathy helped me purchase my first home. They followed through on every detail and made the purchase an easy one. Today, six months after the sale I received a letter reminding me to file my homestead exemption. They go above and beyond! I highly recommend them.
