Jessie is BEYOND talented. I went to her recently for the first time, after years of searching for a hair dresser that meets my expectations. She without a doubt went well beyond what I expected. I’m a blonde, it is so difficult to find someone who can do highlights correctly. Jessie made my hair the perfect white/blonde color I wanted, with NO yellow/brass at all.
