Terri and Kevin were quick to respond to my many questions before, during and after installation of my new wood floors and stairs. The store's skilled installer George did a great job as did John in the warehouse. I highly recommend this business.

Had 4 bedrooms installed with hardwood (took out carpet) from Floorcrafters. The installation team of Alex and company was fantastic. Professional, courteous, positive.Also, for the price, we shopped around a bit, was the best in town, Overall a fantastic experience.
