They were very professional and informative and friendly. Very thorough and prompt. The water mitigation was done promptly and thoroughly. We found no mold after demolition. They restored our condo perfectly. They documented damages with hundreds of photos. They were recommended by my insurance adjuster. He said they do a good job and fix anything later if needed. My insurance company works with Fireservice often. I was completely satisfied with their service.
Flooding of our condo brought FireService into our world and we are extremely satisfied with their work, professionalism, courtesy....Tyler & Scott's team of Jose, Mike, George, AJ, the plumbing contractors, & so on ALL performed their tasks so well and with a smile. We own a similar business in MI and know quality, as well as expect it, as well as we know how a project of this sort and size should flow and this company has met all expectations. Thank you Gentlemen and Brielle too (she's the best!)
I had water intrusion in my condominium. I contacted FireService Naples and they sent two gentleman - Leswin and Eli - who worked here for 5 days. They did a remarkable job. You should be very proud of these two employees of yours. Thank you so much
