Love this place. I read some of the reviews and yeah, around the time of Ian people were bringing in hundreds of pieces of clothing, and it did get a little confusing, and quite naturally, there was a turnover in staff because a lot of the people had to move due to Ian. Some people were very sympathetic and understanding and other people did not care apparently they suffered no loss therfore not able to be empathic.
