Alex was at my home 15 minutes after my phone call (I got lucky because he’d just finished a job and his next job was in 2 hrs). He was professional, quick and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend him. But reading other reviews, it sounds like a good solid team! Thank you DP!

Diversified Plumbing Services deserve each and everyone of those 5 Gold Stars. My special thanks to the Plumbing Tech, Chris and John. What a great job. This is my third interaction with Chris and DPS and ALL have resulted in Sterling outcomes. This visit was to install 4 new faucet fixtures throughout the home and a shower control. Work was timely, efficient and as expected. The guys cleaned as they went, gave thorough explanations and performed all jobs admirably. Next up is a whole house water filter system, Chris gets the call!! The only Plumbing company for me, should be for you as well! Call DPS and ask for Chris, you won't be dissapointed!

They were very responsive. I called after hours but noted it was not an emergency. Someone called me back within an hour and we were able to schedule a visit the next day.I was told someone would be there between 3-5. As promised, the techs arrived just after 3:00.The guys were polite, knowledgeable and friendly.I think the only down side was, I think the cost was a bit more than it should have been. However, I will still give 5 stars for response in call back and getting appointment booked, their promptness in sticking to the window of time promised and quickly repairing the problem.
