From my initial contact with Vinny and thru the project installation with Terrance and the crew, my experience with this company has been excellent! Very professional and courteous. I can't say enough good things about this company. I love my new outdoor kitchen!
I had a difficult outdoor grill hood installation. Several other companies told me that they weren't able to do it. When Vinny came to look at it, he immediately told me that it wouldn't be a problem. He outlined what we could expect, told us what kind of hood would be used, and gave us a timeline. His estimate arrived the next day. It was very reasonable. Within a week he told us that the hood and other materials were in stock and arranged a time to do the installation. His crew was right on time. They worked throughout the day and did everything to make sure that everything was perfect. They were friendly, courteous, and professional.
