I had an old laptop from work that has been out of commission for the last few years and I took it to several places and each in every place told me there is nothing that can be done and you need to purchase a new laptop. After doing some research online and reading reviews, I decided to give Mark a try. I am very glad that I found Mark as he fixed my computer for a very fair price that did not have to make me go out and buy a brand new computer when mine was perfectly fine just needed some TLC…

My computer had completely crashed and wasn't working at all but the computer docs got it working like brand new with upgraded storage and a newer windows OS in not even 24 hours and for a very reasonable price. The first shop I called said it would be 2 weeks before they could look at it but the computer docs got me in right away. They also did a great job of keeping me informed as to the particulars of the repair and upgrades. I will be a returning customer and highly recommend them to anybody with any kind of computer trouble.

I highly recommend Mark Reid. I have a new Acer computer with Windows 11. Mark came to me, set up the new computer and instructed me on use as there were changes from Windows 10.
