My computer had completely crashed and wasn't working at all but the computer docs got it working like brand new with upgraded storage and a newer windows OS in not even 24 hours and for a very reasonable price. The first shop I called said it would be 2 weeks before they could look at it but the computer docs got me in right away. They also did a great job of keeping me informed as to the particulars of the repair and upgrades. I will be a returning customer and highly recommend them to anybody with any kind of computer trouble.

I highly recommend Mark Reid. I have a new Acer computer with Windows 11. Mark came to me, set up the new computer and instructed me on use as there were changes from Windows 10. Tired of other shops not answering the phone, Mark picked up quick and made the process easy. My laptop screen shattered and he fixed it in 15 mins for a low price that would be hard to compete with. High recommendations to visit Computer Doc's. Quality, Fast, and Friendly.
