Wow!! What an excellent experience!! We were on our way home for Thanksgiving for the 1st time in 6 years. Of course, everything that can go wrong did. Our 2010 F250 broke down and I called Certified and left a message at 7am. Truthfully I didn't think they'd call back because they were closed. I was wrong!! Brian called back, helped find a wrecker service and called us to make sure everything was in motion. We also had a cat with 6 kittens we were taking home. When we got to the shop they were so kind!! Darcie and Emily let us use an office for our cat and kittens. Brian knew we had to spend the night in our broke down truck and went and got us lunch. Robert and Mike...read full review

Certified Fleet services in fort myers has been nothing but amazing to my company and myself. I deal with Bryan Scoles and Darcie Werner and both of them are exceptional people. Their professionalism and customer service are above and beyond expectation. They also have very knowledgeable and efficient mechanics. They do very well scheduling and following their schedule to assure they get their customers in and out as fast as they can. I’ve gotten some major work there and they have me out in a couple of days. It’s a great feeling knowing my fleet vehicles are in good hands over at Certified Fleet Service.
