Mr. Lee and Berchtold Builders worked with me several times over close to the last 15 years and they continue to be who I call when I need repairs and any kind of changes to my home. He worked with me in 2012-13 to assist in making the primary areas and bedroom/bathroom more wheelchair accessible to me since I have to use an electric powered wheelchair to get around and my home was already built to the average specifications when I purchased it. Everything turned out great and within the timeframe given.
