As seen by their response, they have no integrity or ethics. Only one employee came out from the back of the store while I lay stunned on the floor. I gave that employee all my information, as he requested, to give his employer regarding the incident. They claim that employee did not report the incident and no longer worked for them and they could not get a hold of him. In another phone call, they told me the corporate office was reviewing the video tapes. I don't believe in a litigious society and I trust that businesses will behave ethically. I have learned a lesson about Hessler Floor Covering and its owner Wayne Wiles Floor Coverings.

BUYER BEWARE: The new luxury vinyl flooring Hessler installed last season in my master bedroom got partially ruined by storm surge after Ian. We didn't have to take all of it out so I called to make sure I could get the same stuff to replace it. I was told they would have to measure and I told the man I was leaving the country and it had to be by Thursday. He neither called nor showed up so I just guessed and ordered 5 more boxes which I paid for. Now, a couple of months after Ian I am ready to do the floor so I call them. Okay I'll be honest, when I see bad reviews , and I had a great experience I feel the need to give perspective. We bought our home and the previous owner had nasty , orange, thread bare carpet in the bedrooms. I called Hessler and they did a great job. I am from Arizona so I had no idea who to call , I literally drove by their showroom and pulled in...And the install went great and I even had to reschedule due to a glitch in our closing. And the floors are low maintenance and beautiful. I am very pleased.
